Jordan has been my coach for almost three years, initially as a coach in a larger gym setting and for the last few months as my nutrition coach. In that time, I’ve lost almost forty pounds, dropped several inches, and decreased or discontinued several of my prescription medications. I’m thrilled that I had to replace almost every piece of clothing I own.

Jordan isn’t a coach that collects your payment, tells you how many calories you need to eat to reach your goal, then disappears. She’s with you every step of the way, celebrating your successes and holding your hand through the stumbles. I was recently traveling and ended up stuck at a fast food restaurant for lunch with only burgers and fries to choose from. Even though she was also out of town and coaching an entire team of teenage girls at the time, she talked me through my mini-crisis and helped me figure out the healthiest option to keep me on track.

My daughter is currently working with Brian on strength and conditioning as it relates to her sports. She specifically wanted to improve her speed and flexibility. Complete Performance creates effective programs with a variety of workouts with a personalized touch. If I need a modification, I get it. If I want to increase the intensity, I am shown options to do that as well. Jordan is a great coach that pushes people to do their best. She is skilled at correcting form to ensure clients are doing the exercise correctly to prevent injury, which is a big plus. I love the gym’s environment and feel the group classes are run smoothly and they always stay within the allotted time frame. Beyond that, Jordan provides value with nutrition coaching and is an awesome resource to discuss macros, losing weight, and how to fit meal prep into a busy lifestyle. I’d encourage everyone to at least try one workout to see if it’s a fit!

I was looking to get back to a regular work out routine to get back into shape, lose weight, get stronger and healthy. I came across Complete Performance on social media and shared my interest in getting to know more. Jordan took the time to do an intro call with me to share lots of info on all Complete Performance has to offer and to get to know me, where I am at now and what my goals are and if this would be a good fit. I was able to do a free session to try it out and instantly loved the atmosphere, the challenge of the workout, the nutrition guidance, all the support and accountability (which I need!).

The group training sessions are fun and my workout buddies are all so encouraging! Each day is a different workout and always challenging. Jordan will work with you to tailor things to your fitness level and/or any limitations you may have. She carefully creates programs for us to improve our strength, mobility, endurance and make us healthier in general!

The close community atmosphere is fantastic and I look forward to my workouts and seeing my workout buddies every day. Jordan is available and always so helpful providing us with so much information and guidance. She even offers us weekly coaching calls to check in on our nutrition and how things are going and answer any questions we may have. Each of us matters and you don’t feel like just another body coming in and out of the gym.

For almost 2 years I have been a semi-private client of Complete Performance. As a semi-private client, you are provided your own strength training programs. The coaches help you through the exercises, make sure you have correct form, push you to become stronger and have more mobility. And might I add, you have FUN! I am your typical roller coaster, rarely stick to a program, get bored easily type of person, but that has changed since becoming a member of Complete Performance. I enjoy and look forward to my 3 sessions a week.

Complete Performance is a great gym that has individual workouts and group workouts. I have been going to CP for 4 years now and have enjoyed every workout. Although they have many clients, the individual attention you receive from Jordan, Brian, and other trainers isn’t something you will get at other gyms. Once you are a part of the gym, there is a vast amount of resources on nutrition and exercise available to you. The attention you receive from the trainers especially on form is great. Even if injured they will modify exercises for you to allow you to still work on your health, but also heal that injury. Without Jordan and Brian and going to CP, I wouldn’t have been able to do a sprint triathlon nor would I have been in shape to play football. I appreciate everything they have done for me and will always recommend this gym to anyone that asks.

Brian has been working with my teenage son, Ian, for over a year now. Ian plays basketball and runs track in high school. We sought out Brian’s services because Ian had been experiencing multiple injuries during both his track and basketball seasons for a few years. We were hoping that personal training would help with this.

We are very pleased to share that Ian made it through his seasons this past year injury-free. Additionally, he has experienced tremendous growth in his overall strength and skills. Coaches have made comments about how much stronger he is and additionally — Ian was able to cut 5 seconds off his 400 meter race time and make it to the state meet. This likely would never have been accomplished without working with Brian.

Brian goes above and beyond to answer questions and provide insight regarding nutrition, recovery, etc. He is more than willing to take a phone call and he contacts me routinely to check in on how I am feeling about Ian’s training, etc. Ian always looks forward to his training sessions and has stated, more than once, that he would not be where he is now without Brian. We highly recommend Brian’s sports performance training! You will see results!!
