Everything You Need to Know About the Complete Performance Wellness Fair
One week from Saturday, October 10th, Complete Performance is hosting the most ambitious community health event we...

Twenty-one days.
If you finished the Big A$$ Salad Challenge – you did something real. Not because a salad a day is dramatic. Because you made a commitment to yourself and you kept it through the novelty, through the rough middle week, through every day you did not feel like it and made it anyway.
That is not a small thing.
Now the question is what you do with it.
Because here is what I have watched happen every time someone finishes something like this and does not have a plan for what comes next: the habit fades. Not immediately. Gradually. The daily salad becomes five days a week, then three, then occasional, then a memory of something they did in September.
That is the outcome I do not want for you.
So let us talk about what comes next – specifically, practically, and in a way that is realistic about what Q4 actually looks like.
Before we talk about what is next, I want to name what you built. Because people often underestimate it.
A daily anchor habit. One intentional meal, done every day, is now wired into your routine in a way it was not three weeks ago. The neurological groove is real. The decision is easier than it was on September 14th.
An identity. After 21 days of doing something consistently you start to see yourself differently. Not as someone who is trying to eat better – as someone who eats intentionally. That identity is more valuable than the habit itself because it shapes every future decision.
A proof of concept. You showed yourself that you can do something hard every day for three weeks. That fact does not apply only to salads. It applies to whatever you decide to build next.
Do not let September fade into a story you tell about a challenge you did once. Let it be the foundation of what you build in Q4.
The challenge gave you three things that made the habit stick: a specific daily commitment, a community doing it alongside you, and a reason to show up (the prize, the posts, the visibility).
Without the challenge, you need to replace at least two of those three to keep the behavior going.
Keep the daily anchor meal. It does not have to be a salad every single day – though September just proved you can do that – but it should be one intentional, protein-forward, vegetable-rich meal every day. The specificity is what makes it holdable.
This is where the CP community matters beyond the challenge. If you are not already connected to the people you were cheering alongside for three weeks – stay connected. Follow the community channel. Keep showing up in the spaces where other people are doing this work alongside you.
And if you want a more structured version of community around your health goals – that is exactly what Strength Class, the MenoStrong coaching group, and the semi-private training program are built to provide.
Without a prize at the end, the reason to show up has to come from somewhere more durable. Here is the reframe I give every client after a challenge ends:
The prize was never the pot. The prize was the habit. You already won it. Now protect it.
October through December is fourteen weeks. I know that feels like the season of parties and travel and everything that makes health feel impossible to maintain. But here is a different way to look at it:
Fourteen weeks of consistent, intentional behavior – the same kind you just demonstrated for twenty-one days – produces real, measurable, lasting change. The people who arrive at January having kept their habits through the fall are not starting over. They are building on something.
Here is what I would focus on across the next fourteen weeks:
Keep the anchor meal. Non-negotiable. One intentional meal a day is the minimum investment that keeps the habit identity alive.
Add or protect movement. Three sessions per week. Whatever form that takes for your schedule – Strength Class, home training, semi-private, sports team training. Movement is what amplifies everything the nutrition piece is doing.
Protect sleep through the holiday stretch. The social calendar picks up in November and December and sleep is the first thing to get sacrificed. Treat it like training. It is.
Come into the holiday season with intention rather than resolve. Intention means having a plan before the events happen. Resolve means white-knuckling through them. Intention is more effective and significantly less exhausting.
Everything above is good general guidance. But what Q4 looks like for you specifically – with your schedule, your goals, your body, and the particular chapter of life you are in – is a different conversation.
That is what the Complete Performance Wellness Fair is for.
October 10th. Our whole team. Your questions. Real answers.

If you have a fall sport athlete whose season is ending – come find Brian. Fifteen minutes maps the next five months.
If you have been watching all of this and thinking it might be time to actually start – come find our coaches. No pressure, no pitch.
Free. No appointment. Just show up.
You built something real in September.
The challenge is over. The habit is not.
Q4 is fourteen weeks of opportunity to build on what you started. The Wellness Fair is the place to figure out exactly how.
