You Started Something: Here’s What to Do in Month #2
Here is something I want to say to everyone who is currently on Day 8, 9, or 10 of the Big A$$ Salad Challenge: You...

One week from Saturday, October 10th, Complete Performance is hosting the most ambitious community health event we have ever put together.
If you have been following along this quarter – through the menopause content, the MenoStrong launch, the Big A$$ Salad Challenge, the whole-body wellness conversations – this is the day where all of it comes together in one room.
This blog is your complete guide. Save it. Share it. Show up.
The Complete Performance Wellness Fair is a free, full-day community health event on Saturday, October 10th.
It is not a seminar. It is not a sales event. It is not a gym open house.
It is a day where our entire coaching team, our referral partners, and our community gather under one roof to have the real health conversations that most people never get to have – with practitioners they trust, in an environment that feels more like community than commerce.
You can spend five minutes or five hours. You can come with one question or a whole list. You can bring someone or come alone. The day is built to meet you wherever you are.
Jordan will be available throughout the day for conversations about Stress Free Fat Loss, the MenoStrong 12-week coaching program, and coaching for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and GLP-1 medication.
If you have been reading Jordan’s content all summer and have been thinking about what working with a real coach looks like – this is your day to ask without any pressure or commitment required.
Best conversations to have with Jordan:
Brian will be there all day for conversations about fall athlete off-season planning, Sports Team Training at CP, and what athletic development looks like from the high school level through college and beyond.
This is one of the best opportunities you will have to sit down with a sports performance coach and get specific, honest answers about your athlete’s development – not general content, not a sales pitch, a real conversation about your kid’s specific situation.
Best conversations to have with Brian:
Andy will be there for conversations about semi-private strength training for men – what it looks like, how it is different from going to the gym alone, who trains there, and what the results look like over time.
Best conversations to have with our coaches:
The Wellness Fair is not just the CP team. We have invited the practitioners in our referral network – people whose work we trust and whose expertise extends the health conversation beyond what coaching alone covers. Details on our full referral partner lineup will be shared on social this week.
If you are completing the Big A$$ Salad Challenge – which wraps October 5th, five days before the Wellness Fair – the October 10th event is your celebration.
Twenty-one days of showing up every day. That is real and it deserves to be acknowledged in person with the people who were cheering you on.
Challenge finishers will be celebrated at the Wellness Fair. If you are going to be a finisher, come claim it.
Winner announcement will also happen at the Wellness Fair.
Come with your honest question. Not the question you think sounds good – the question you actually have. The more specific and honest it is, the more useful the conversation will be. You are not being graded.
You are being helped. Give yourself time. The people who get the most out of the Wellness Fair are the ones who stay. Not for twenty minutes. For a few hours. Move between coaches. Sit in on whatever sessions are running. Let the day do its work.
Bring someone who needs this. Look at your phone right now. Think of one person – a friend, a sister, a colleague, a parent of one of your kid’s teammates – who needs a real health conversation and has not had one. Forward this blog. Text her. Tell her you are going and you want her to come with you.
The Wellness Fair is better when you bring someone. The conversation you have together on the drive home is often the most valuable part.
Come to celebrate. Whether you did the challenge or not, whether you are a current CP member or have never walked through our doors – you are welcome. This is a community health event. You are part of the community whether you know it yet or not.
