Nutrition Coach & General Population Director

After years as a multi-sport athlete, I found myself in need of a lifestyle change. While working at my first gym, the world’s pickiest eater started to eat healthier (even eating vegetables). I also fell in love with helping others do the same. Now, I’m motivated to eat healthy and be strong so I can show up as the best version of myself for my family and #CPTeam!

Head Coach & Sports Performance Director

As a kid, I was active in many sports and always looking for a way to improve my strength. I went on to be a collegiate track athlete and was injured early in my career. When very frustrated I found my passion to not only help others with injuries, but for giving the tools and training to athletes to prevent them. I realized how much more I wish I would have learned at a younger age, and wanted to provide an opportunity for the up and coming athletes. My goal is to provide an experience you would get at the professional level, to athletes when they are influenced the most, starting around the age of 12.

My story started from my senior year of high school and continued through college as I was a collegiate football player. Now that I am out of college, I still love to lift and remain active playing recreational sports with friends and walking my dogs!

I grew up dancing and danced for 14 years. After high school and dance was over, I wasn’t very active anymore and gained weight. One day I got sick of how I was feeling and looking and decided to start working out. I got in the gym and into lifting and lost 60+ pounds and kept that off for years until I got pregnant. I gained nearly 80 pounds while pregnant, and since then have lost 80+ pounds and I’m still a work in progress.

Fitness Story I was a multi-sport athlete through out High School playing Football, Basketball and running Track. All of the sports included speed and strength training in the weight room. After high school, I continued my passion for sports and the weight room playing intramural sports and lifting in college. Fast forward to now and I still have a passion for sports and fitness playing softball and golf on a regular basis as well as working out 5-6 days a week. I have always wanted to train individuals on functional fitness and sports training and break the barrier down of if I lift, I will become too muscular. I believe that everyone can benefit from working out. I look forward to working with you helping you meet your goals.
