This division of Complete Performance is here to help strengthen and develop your skill set to prepare you to compete at a high level in your respective sport. Whether it is speed, strength, or endurance, CP is here to help create an individualized program to build upon your strengths, weaknesses, and sport demands.

Your program is uniquely designed to accommodate your goals, sport demands, body type, mindset, and training experience.

Complete Performance is committed to providing a complete assessment of each individual in order to design a specific program that allows for consistency, adherence, growth, and ultimately, success. Your program is uniquely designed to accommodate your goals, sport demands, body type, mindset, and training experience. CP also commits to athlete training sessions of no more than 6 athletes per 1 coach to ensure proper safety and coaching of each athlete. The mission at Complete Performance is to provide top of the line coaching, education, and accountability to help others perform at their best for life.

  • Small group training with a ratio no greater than 6 athletes to 1 coach.
  • Nutrition and hydration recommendations.
45-minute sessions are sold individually or in packages of 10.
